I believe that effective coaching should be accessible and comfortable for everyone. That's why I've made it a priority to offer a range of session formats. If you're local to Dagenham, you have the opportunity to experience the benefits of face-to-face coaching in a dedicated in-person session. For those who prefer the convenience of remote communication, I offer sessions conducted via telephone. Understanding that phone calls aren't everyone's preference, I also provide the option of WhatsApp sessions, allowing you to communicate through text or voice notes, creating a comfortable and flexible coaching experience. Each session is carefully planned to last a full hour, providing you with the time and space needed to explore your goals and challenges.

My coaching is all about personal growth – we'll work together to build your confidence, get you thinking more positively, and generally just make life feel a bit smoother. If you're feeling overwhelmed, I can help you find your way. There are plenty of coaches out there, but my thing is helping people feel more confident and positive. I genuinely believe everyone deserves to feel good about themselves, and I'm open to working with anyone, as long as we get on. I'm completely non-judgemental, and I understand everyone's unique. I've got a good understanding of different personalities, and I'm particularly experienced in supporting people on the autism spectrum, those with social anxiety and lack of confidence.
